Lohan is in trouble with the law again. The actress was summoned by the court in LA after failing a drug test and has been taken into custody. Lindsay Lohan was intended to be in a 23-day stint rehab at Ronald Reagan Memorial Hospital. She had only served 13 of her ninety day jail sentence within the LA County Arrest before that. The rehab did not take. She failed a drug test during probation which was really routine. She will face a judge, who will determine what happens next.
Lohan drug test failed again
For the latest failed drug test, a Lindsay Lohan jail stay was inevitable. Lindsay Lohan told her followers on Twitter, according to The Guardian, that she had failed an additional drug test. Nobody knows where Dina Lohan, Ali Lohan or even Lindsay Lohan’s attorney were. Michael Lohan did talk to reporters as he explained that he should be taking the place of Lindsay in going to arrest. Lindsay was denied bail by Judge Elden Fox, and she can be behind bars until her hearing on October 22.
Problems from before
Lohan got in trouble for the very first time as a former child star. This happened in 2007. Lohan crashed a car twice under the influence of alcohol, and was mandated to get therapy, as outlined by the Los Angeles Times. She got in some extra trouble with the court. She missed some of the meeting on alcohol education. She also tested good for cocaine. She went to a three week rehabilitation program after being in jail two weeks. The terms of her probation involved mandatory drug screenings, and she was found to have ingested amphetamines. Her July jail sentence won’t have compared to how long she can be in jail until October now.
Courts are not being fair to her
Many are mad that she is not being given bail until her hearing. Her dad is one of these people. This is something that has to be done. nothing else has worked yet.
